Ligomarc has recently been issued an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management certification for the Services it offers. The ISO 9001:2008 standard is a set of quality parameters and practices which ensures the use of effective processes that enhance the operational efficiency of a business entity and the customer experience it offers. Prior to the issuing of a certificate, a comprehensive evaluation of the business entity is conducted by an independent, accredited auditing body to confirm that the entity’s quality management system meets the ISO standard. This audit was successfully conducted for Ligomarc in November 2015. The ISO certification will require Ligomarc to consequently monitor and continually improve on its quality management system. Ligomarc will be subjected to periodic independent reviews and audits to confirm that the firm is continually improving on its quality management system. Achieving ISO 9001:2008 certification is an important milestone for Ligomarc and demonstrates Ligomarc’s strong commitment to quality in the provision of services to its clients.
